Volunteer Spotlight: Meet Mangesh, Our Waste Warrior

Every month, we spotlight an individual who goes above and beyond. This month, it’s Mr Mangesh More, who has turned waste management into a mission.

Mangesh joined us in 2019 during our awareness programs. Since then, he’s been a regular at every event, often staying back to help sort and log the waste data.

“I used to think one person can’t make a difference,” Mangesh says. “But when you see hundreds of students attending sessions and adopting simple green practices, you realize change is possible.”

He now leads our waste segregation workshops at local schools. He’s helped divert over 500 kg of waste from landfills.
